If you are an intermediate player, please have your coach check it.

CrossFit Lite

Target: Safe even for exercise beginners

30 minute short intensive training. Small group size.

You can also transition to CrossFit classes.

subject:Those who want to work hard one-on-one

Training that suits your goals is possible. Recommended for those who are nervous about joining the class from the beginning.

CrossFit Kids

Target: Elementary school students

A program designed specifically for children.


Target: People over 60 years old

Eliminate lack of exercise, improve your physical strength, and stay healthy with friends...
A coach will carefully instruct each student.
