At traditional gyms, motivation can vary from person to person. Some people end up scrolling on their phones or losing focus, and with long waits for equipment, a quick workout can easily turn into a two-hour stay.
At most commercial gyms, after a quick orientation on how to use the machines, you're mostly on your own to figure out your workouts. The free weight area—filled with dumbbells and barbells—can feel intimidating, especially for beginners.
24-hour gyms are generally low-cost. Memberships at major fitness chains are around ¥10,000 per month. Personal training can cost over ¥6,000 per hour, and 'results-guaranteed' programs often charge over ¥200,000 for just two months.
Especially at large commercial gyms, it's common to face long wait times for popular machines—particularly in the evenings or during peak hours.
Most workouts are done alone, with little to no interaction with others.

Each class is just 60 minutes, making your training efficient and focused. Most people spend just over an hour at the gym—get in, get it done, and head out.
Each class features a different workout, guided by a certified coach. Everyone follows the same program, but the intensity and movements are scaled to match each person's fitness level. You'll also learn how to safely and effectively use equipment like dumbbells and barbells—making every workout both safe and results-driven.
We recommend training twice a week, so with 8 sessions per month at ¥19,800, it’s a much more affordable option compared to personal training. That breaks down to just ¥1,885 per session.
Since each class is run in a group format, there’s no waiting around for machines or equipment—you can jump right into your workout.
Regardless of age or gender, you’ll train alongside different people each time—encouraging and motivating each other as a team.

BootCamp
A full-body workout combining cardio and strength training, perfect for fat burning and toning. Don’t worry if you're new to exercise—everyone can join in! Sweat it out together and feel refreshed, both mentally and physically, in this 60-minute class.

"A class tailored to meet your personal goals. Perfect for those who prefer one-on-one training or feel unsure about joining a group class from the start.

Masters
With the goal of making everyday movements easier and staying active as you age, you can improve your health at your own pace, alongside like-minded peers.
